Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you use MotherMode. We have tried to keep them short and readable. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it properly.

1. Who we are

MotherMode is run by MotherMode Limited (company number 17289640), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office address is in the footer of this page. You can reach us at georgina@mothermode.co.uk.

2. These terms

By using MotherMode, whether this website, our app, or a programme you have joined, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use MotherMode.

How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

3. MotherMode is wellness, not medical care

This matters, so please read it. MotherMode provides general wellness and activity content. It is not a medical service. Nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the care of your doctor, midwife, health visitor or physiotherapist.

Before you start, you should be cleared for exercise by a healthcare professional. You know your body better than we do: go at your own pace, stop if something hurts or does not feel right, and seek medical advice if you are worried about anything, including pain, bleeding, or symptoms relating to your pelvic floor or abdominal muscles.

If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your doctor or the emergency services.

4. Who can use MotherMode

You need to be 18 or over. MotherMode is designed for people in the UK; we do not promise it is appropriate anywhere else.

When you join, please give us accurate information about yourself. What we suggest to you is based on what you tell us, so if it is wrong, what we suggest may not suit you.

5. Your access to MotherMode

We will give you private access to your own MotherMode, whether that is a personal link or a login. It is meant for you alone. Please keep it to yourself, do not share or forward it, and tell us if it is ever lost or seen by someone else so we can replace it.

You are responsible for what happens through your access, other than where someone else is at fault.

6. Using MotherMode properly

Please do not misuse the service. That means not copying, redistributing or reselling our content, not trying to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems, not using it unlawfully or to harass anyone, and not passing off our content as your own.

7. Our content, and other people’s

MotherMode and its content, including the way sessions are chosen and presented, belong to us or to the people who licence it to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own wellbeing while your access lasts. That right ends when your access does.

Some sessions are made by third-party creators and hosted on third-party platforms. Those remain the property of their creators, and using them may also be subject to that platform’s own terms.

We may change, add to or remove content and features. We do this to keep improving MotherMode, and we will not make changes that fundamentally reduce what you have paid for without telling you.

8. If you pay for MotherMode

MotherMode may be offered free, as part of a programme, or on a paid subscription. Where you pay, we will make the price and billing period clear before you commit.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you buy a subscription directly from us as a consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund you in line with your legal rights.

If you buy through an app store, that store’s billing and refund rules also apply, and cancellations may need to be made through them.

9. Ending it

You can stop using MotherMode at any time, and ask us to close your access and delete your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or where we need to for legal or safety reasons. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

10. Our responsibility to you

We take real care over what MotherMode suggests, but we cannot promise particular results, and we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

You take part in physical activity at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and following section 3.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. You have legal rights as a consumer that these terms do not affect. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses arising from how you have used content in a way we did not intend.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above, and where a change materially affects you we will tell you.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Getting in touch
